Amazake Sakekasu Banana Ice Cream & Miso Coconut Caramel

Ingredients
- Ice Cream
2 frozen bananas
3 Tbsp amazake
3 Tbsp sakekasu
- Miso Caramel
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp miso
Directions
- Ice Cream
- Blend banana with amazake and sakekasu.
- Miso Caramel
- Heat up cane sugar and coconut milk until dark and glossy.
- After the mixture has cooled down, add miso.
Notes
- Is it just me or does anyone else believe that banana flavour goes incredibly well with foods that were fermented with koji mold, like sake, amazake, sakekasu and miso? 🍌
