Sweet sake and salty miso in harmony with the creamy banana flavour.

Ingredients

  • Ice Cream
  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 3 Tbsp amazake

  • 3 Tbsp sakekasu

  • Miso Caramel
  • 1 cup cane sugar

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 2 Tbsp miso

Directions

  • Ice Cream
  • Blend banana with amazake and sakekasu.
  • Miso Caramel
  • Heat up cane sugar and coconut milk until dark and glossy.
  • After the mixture has cooled down, add miso.

Notes

  • Is it just me or does anyone else believe that banana flavour goes incredibly well with foods that were fermented with koji mold, like sake, amazake, sakekasu and miso? 🍌
