Ingredients

  • Plum Base
  • 750g plums, seed removed and cut in half

  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp powdered sugar

  • Crumble
  • 1 Tbsp white miso

  • 2 Tbsp cold butter

  • 3 Tbsp powdered sugar

  • 3 Tbsp flour

  • 3 Tbsp oats

Directions

  • Plum Base
  • Mix together and let marinate for 15 min.
  • Crumble
  • Mix all together.
  • Place plums in an oven dish and distribute crumble over it.
  • Bake in 180° C oven for 25-30 min. Enjoy!
