Miso Crumble & Plum

- Plum Base
750g plums, seed removed and cut in half
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
- Crumble
1 Tbsp white miso
2 Tbsp cold butter
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp oats
Directions
- Plum Base
- Mix together and let marinate for 15 min.
- Crumble
- Mix all together.
- Place plums in an oven dish and distribute crumble over it.
- Bake in 180° C oven for 25-30 min. Enjoy!
