Black Garlic Miso Sesame Butter
Super delicious compound butter that you can prepare in advance and store in the freezer.
3 Tbsp red miso
3 Tbsp black garlic cloves
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp coconut blossom syrup
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat until lightly brown and fragrant. Grind lightly in a mortar. Set aside and let it cool down.
- Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press. With help of a blender, mix well with red miso, coconut blossom syrup and butter.
- Add sesame seeds to the mix and place butter in a mould or plastic wrap. Store in the freezer.
