Super delicious compound butter that you can prepare in advance and store in the freezer. 

Ingredients

  • 100g butter

  • 3 Tbsp red miso

  • 3 Tbsp black garlic cloves

  • 3 Tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1 Tbsp coconut blossom syrup

Directions

  • Roast sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat until lightly brown and fragrant. Grind lightly in a mortar. Set aside and let it cool down.
  • Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press. With help of a blender, mix well with red miso, coconut blossom syrup and butter.
  • Add sesame seeds to the mix and place butter in a mould or plastic wrap. Store in the freezer.

  • Goes well with red meat, carrots, celeriac root, eggplant, corn knob, popcorn, pasta, bread, potatoes, rice
