Ingredients

  • one eggplant

  • 2 Tbsp gochujang

  • 2 tsp date syrup

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 100g feta cheese

Directions

  • Cut eggplant in half and cut grid pattern.
  • Heat up both sides in frying pan with a bit of sesame oil, add some water and cover with lid.
  • Mix gochujang, date syrup, sesame oil and sesame seeds and glaze the eggplants.
  • Heat up in oven for a few minutes. 
  • Add feta and enjoy!
